Staff Training

Staff training is the cornerstone of a safe and efficient team. All our staff are trained to the highest standards, especially when working at height. All our abseilers are trained to IRATA standards to ensure absolute safety.

Documentation

Comprehensive documentation regarding safe working practices is relayed during regular tool box talks and equipment checks are all carried out at the recommended intervals.

Advanced Options

Any issues that occur in addition to those covered in the risk assessment, are photographed and relayed to the client. By working closely, these can be addressed and the safe working solution added to the method statement.

Security

All members of staff carry identification and will sign a visitors log before the commencement of any work, giving peace of mind that you know exactly who is entering your building.

Lee is a very ‘hands on’ Director and holds IOSH Managing Safely. He ensures that all staff are working safely and is always there with advice for a safer method of working.

Mark has held the IRATA Level 3 for more than 12 years. He is a bit of a rope access guru and ensures that all working at height safe practices are adhered to.
