Regency Cleaning Limited have been working very closely with the buildings manager of Westminster Gardens in London SW1, to improve and maintain this historic residential building.

Bombed extensively during the blitz of World War Two, Westminster Gardens has undergone years of restoration & repair.

All the windows were replaced 12 years ago and due to the difficult access have never had the regular clean they need.

As part of the ongoing maintenance program our team of rope access operatives have restored the PVCu window frames to look as new, cleaned all the windows, prevented the great creeper from encroaching on individual properties through windows and across balconies. The next stage for us is to systematically inspect all down pipes & external steel work fixings and re-point, repair & re-fix where necessary.

With a regular, long term maintenance program already in place, Westminster Gardens can and will remain one of London's most prestigious addresses.
