Many buildings require cradle access for carrying out high level maintenance, including window cleaning.  If this is the case, then, providing all safety checks & certifications are in place, cradle access is the method we would choose.

If your window cleaning is to take place at extreme height and your building does not have a certified cradle or there is awkward access from ground level, we would advise abseil window cleaning (rope access). We are able to access areas that you may assume can not be reached, by employing the use of a mobile anchorage points for abseil window cleaning in London.

Many buildings do not have the facility for  cradle access nor do they have a suitable roof area for rope access window cleaning (abseiling). This does not mean that window cleaning is impossible. With a whole range of access platforms (cherrypickers) that reach up to 60M, at our disposal, there will be a machine to get our window cleaners almost anywhere.

When the height of the windows to be cleaned is 60ft or less from ground level, we may advise a water fed pole window cleaning system. This method of window cleaning is becoming ever more popular.  This method will provide a 'LOW' Risk Assessment. Our aim is to keep ladder use to the minimum, so, wherever a ladder was previously used to clean windows a water fed pole system will now be utilised. Although we are fully insured, eradicating accidents is still top of our agenda.
